Eligible physical items may be returned by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and in the same condition as shipped. Customers pay for return shipping and provide their own label and packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
